Let me tell you, the six dollars I spent... read more Can you say D E L I C I O U S! I visited the bakery thanks to a good friend of mine who knows the owner of Sweet Leaf. Let me tell you, the six dollars I spent there was the best money I've spent in Louisiana. I got a mini Sweet Potato Pie and a mini Banana Bread Loaf, and they were absolutely amazing. I grew up eating Sweet Potato Pie, and I have to say this one was even better than my mom's! I tried to go back for another one while I was in town, but unfortunately, they were closed for the weekend. I won't lie; I was really disappointed because I wanted more! Even though this bakery is about 20 to 25 minutes from downtown New Orleans, I promise you, it's worth the drive.
