Friendly, efficient staff — notably Hassan and Julia — are praised for attentive, thoughtful gestures, even fetching utensils for a nearby customer, creating a welcoming, busy atmosphere. However, order accuracy and food execution are inconsistent: app requests ignored, add-ons omitted, sandwiches mislabeled and served cold when toasted was requested. The result is a caring team with operational lapses that undermine the dining experience.

I ordered through the app, and they completely overlooked all the requests I made to omit certain items from my sandwich. Additionally, they only included two out of the many add-ons I had requested. To top it off, they mislabeled the sandwiches, making it difficult to know which was which.

The worst Subway experience ever. I ordered these online and the subs were very poorly made. I requested that they be toasted and both subs were cold. Never again.
