Both are the same weight with the same ammount of milk/foam. Coffee is always too hot. Definitely steaming the milk too long. Ive seen them doit. Beans seem to be reused because when ordering two coffees consecutively one is not as strong as the other. Have to throwaway coffee far too often.

When I reached the speaker, I mentioned that I had a mobile order. The staff member kindly told me that it was okay this time, but next time I would need to come inside because I had placed a mobile order, specifically due to the long line. I have a 2-year-old and a 1-month-old, so I typically prefer using the drive-thru. I wasn't aware that I was supposed to go inside, but since it seems to be such an issue, I don't think I'll be returning.
