A lick of fresh paint, some carpet cleaning(or new carpet) as well as deodorising is really needed here. The restaurant is nice, the grounds are pleasant, but the villas have all seen better days - they're well worn & grubby. I will be visiting the Hunter Valley regularly from now on, but unfortunately this accommodation won't form part of my stay-unless of course the above is addressed & improved.

How can you stuff up a schnitzel!Went there with six people, everyone disappointed with the food. The steak sandwich was quite literally inedible, took it back to the kitchen - they didn't even try to defend it, they knew it was awful.Sad really as have been there before and enjoyed it. The only redeeming feature was the local pale ale which was excellent.
