after a tiring day at hunter valley, we were looking for good Indian food and found it here at Indian@Hunter restaurant. the service was extremely good and the food was very tasty. highly recommended. this was our second visit in 6 months. will definitely come again!!the owners are really sweet and friendly to talk to. What User doesn't like about Indian at Hunter:
The experience at this restaurant is not one I would recommend.Every dish we ordered had an excessive amount of sugar in it to the point we found it inedible.When we asked the waitress why the response was that was how the locals like it.One of our group commented maybe the cook has shares in CSR. After trying many restaurants we tried India at Hunter and the food was just amazing ..I strongly recommended this restaurant Chandra
Sauces are quite nice unfortunetly weve found bones or cardamon pods in our chicken dishes more than once - i think better quality control needed.

Dropped in alone. Busy with large groups. Got the Chicken Tikka Masala, rice, nan bread, and a Mango Lassi. All tasty stuff served without much delay. Good food at a reasonable price. Will come again!
A pleasant surprise! Ordered butter chicken, malai kofta, lamb rogan josh and tikka masala. The kofta was a stand out. And the service was great and food ready quickly.
