Food was ok... read more Too many misses for this too highly rated restaurant. Service was slow and disjointed. We received apology after apology but service didn't improve. Food was ok but pricey. View of the outside gardens was beautiful but inside ambiance didn't work for us.. French flair? Not sure. Tables were too close to each other. Forgot about our wine order. Tables that arrived and ordered after us finished their main course before we received ours. Our aperitif and dessert came out in reverse order. Wine selection was mind blowing. If your looking for an impressive list of wines.. here you go. If your looking for a restaurant looking to prove Michelin food and service, move on. We were disappointed on and it ended up not being a good experience and honestly wanted to just get our check and leave. We arrived by boat and were excited about the Bellini restaurant on the water with live piano music. Wish we ate there instead if for no other reason than to ambiance and music.

Despite not being advised that we couldn’t just have drinks, the waitress rudely announced in front of everyone that we couldn’t sit there. There were loads of free tables and nobody was waiting to eat. Maybe the waitress was having a bad day, otherwise she should probably consider a new career.
