DO NO... read more The single WORST service and people in the world. Police have been informed and we are currently discussing legal steps against the owner with our lawyer. DO NOT GO THERE! My girlfriend and I visited this nice looking cafè last week. After ordering a cappuccino, a frozen coffee and some focaccia, one of the waiters spilled coffee on my laptop (worth 2000$ . Instead of an apology or any help cleaning it up, they had the audacity to send another waiter to ask us to pay one minute after our shock. Needless to say, we were outraged and demanded to speak to the manager in order to get some insurance information for the damage on my laptop. The manager, Jason, just laughed and told us we cannot demand any information on the waiters and/or insurance information because this is Italy . After some discussion, the owner (a woman of around 50 came and demanded we pay or she would take our coffee back, not offering any apology or admission of guilt whatsoever. We gladly left everything and went straight to the police. We are currently discussing further legal steps with our lawyer, so please be warned: Do not go to this place ever!
