I admit I made a mistake with my order, and I offered to pay for it and place a new one, but the young Mexican lady was clearly upset and turned her back on me. The older lady handling payments was also unfriendly. I was the only customer at the time, yet they seemed rushed. This branch used to have nicer employees. I do not recommend this location; it's better to find another KFC.
