I ordered the Wednesday Special, which featured a roasted steak (chicken), potatoes with gravy, coleslaw, and a biscuit. The service was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement, as well as in the food preparation. The only downside was that the dining area isn’t open yet. Come on, Los Ernesto, open your doors! Your customers are eager to dine with you!
I really love the atmosphere at this location! The food was outstanding, maintaining the quality of the chicken chain. This place is definitely a top pick! It's lively and busy, but the positive vibes make it all worth it. I will definitely stop by again!
The staff here were very rude. I admit I made a mistake with my order, and I offered to pay for it and place a new one, but the young Mexican lady was clearly upset and turned her back on me. The older lady handling payments was also unfriendly. I was the only customer at the time, yet they seemed rushed. This branch used to have nicer employees. I do not recommend this location; it's better to find another KFC.
I really love the atmosphere at this location. The food was outstanding! Keep up the great work, KFC! This spot is on point! It's busy, but they're efficient with orders and have such positive energy! I will definitely stop by again.
