What Jorge Garcia doesn't like about Hong Kong Restaurant Bar:
This Place use to be amazing. Ever since they sold it to new owners/management their quality of food has gone down significantly. Their portions/quantity has gone down so much, that I have stopped eating here. Along with my family, if you’re looking for a better local Chinese place I would recommend Bamboo Garden off of Hatch. Best sesame chicken in all of Sacramento. I’ve tried many places around and nothing touches how good the chicken comes out. If you’re looking for an above average sesame chicken look no further. View all feedback.
