Ordered the Combination Pho Pho and Spicy Spicy Lemongrass Rice Plate. My BF rated the pho 9.5 out of 10 for broth flavor and generous amounts of meat, veggies and noodles. Spicy lemongrass was perfectly spicy with nice charred wok flavor! 10 out of 10. We saw the segment Channel 31 did on Pho OClock and had to try it for ourselves. Yum!! View all feedback.
What Hdo Znliy doesn't like about Pho O’clock:
Peanut sauce came in a solo cup with a lid on it. Flank steak wasn't steak, more like the cartilage, fat, and small pieces leftover after making broth? (see photo). Broth tasted more like sodium than meat. Woman helping us was Facetime'ing during entire visit. Also was way overpriced for the quality of the food. Sorry guys, probably won't be returning. There's gotta be better Pho in the area. View all feedback.

I ordered this ahead of time for my wife and all went smooth with the delivery and more importantlymy wife loved the Thai Tea as well as the Combination Pho. Definitely recommend.
Their steak, shrimp and chow mein dish is delicious, chow mein is better than most places and the steak and shrimp dont taste frozen. Their shrimp rolls are quite large.
Their food is delicious, theyre fast and theyre friendly! To top it off very generous with their portions! If you want pho this is the place!
Fantastic Shrimp Chow fun and the Spring Rolls and Peanut Sauce were mindblowing. The healthiest most beautifully prepared meal Ive had since I was last overseas. Easily the best restaurant in Modesto!. 5 stars!.
