This village restaurant defends the tradition of popular well-being in the Valley of Aude. It owes its reputation to its excellent buffet of admissions, which offers a quality cutlery and a salaison (the owner's chef is also a charcutier catererer). In December 2021, when we went there, the dish of the day was (among others) a grilled pintad, accompanied by green beans and gratins of very well prepared and generously served potatoes. Dessert: rum baba. Everything for 15 € (including country wine). A courteous and energetic service. They say: Thank you and Bravo.
Like usual simplicity, hospitality, conviviality. And especially, always excellent. 15€ with kir, full meal and wine, without forgetting the excellent meat, and always a succulent meat. I highly recommend
Very nice home with smile, beautiful entrance buffet, excellent meats. We have to stop there between 12 and 14 hours.
