They ran out of sauce, the food arrived cold, and my order was missing a fry. On top of that, we had to park ourselves and waited for 10 minutes. Honestly, it’s hard to justify even one star, but that’s what I’m giving.

However, the level of customer service can really make a diff... read more The food at Arby’s is fairly typical for fast food, similar to what you’d find at any other chain. However, the level of customer service can really make a difference in the overall experience. I ordered online and went to pick it up, only to discover that the lobby was still closed due to COVID restrictions from two years ago. This forced me to use the drive-thru, where the car ahead of me ordered 40 sliders. It was quite frustrating to see my order just sitting there getting cold, with no way to get to it. When I finally made it to the window, the manager offered an apology but didn’t provide any compensation for the long wait, like a free shake or anything similar. To top it off, there was no Arby’s sauce in my bag. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to Arby’s anytime soon.

They have discontinued free drinks for seniors, which I'm not too pleased about.
