When I spoke to an employee about it, they said they were out of lettuce. It would have been helpful to be warned about this when ordering. No apology or refund was given. If you’re out of an ingredient, please inform the customer beforehand. Lettuce is a key part of Taco Bell’s menu.

He asked how I liked my Baja and replaced it after realizing the soda machine had run out of syrup. He also made sure my fries were freshly made as I requested. Every time I come through, he’s always friendly and kind. Thank you for making my meal so amazing!

I ordered four chalupas, but they seemed to contain enough meat for only one. Most of them were filled with just fry bread and lettuce. It's really frustrating to feel like I paid for a pocket of bread and lettuce.
