I visited Taco Bell tonight and ordered two spicy potato soft tacos. When I received them, they didn’t have any lettuce. When I spoke to an employee about it, they said they were out of lettuce. It would have been helpful to be warned about this when ordering. No apology or refund was given. If you’re out of an ingredient, please inform the customer beforehand. Lettuce is a key part of Taco Bell’s menu.
Our team used to visit this Taco Bell frequently, but we've decided to stop. Every time we go now, something is missing—not just occasionally, but every single visit. It's better to drive to the Taco Bell in Bountiful instead.
The guy working the graveyard shift on October 30th gave me excellent service. He asked how I liked my Baja and replaced it after realizing the soda machine had run out of syrup. He also made sure my fries were freshly made as I requested. Every time I come through, he’s always friendly and kind. Thank you for making my meal so amazing!
Order accuracy and food preparation quality are consistently issues at this location. Adding extras to your order often feels pointless since they frequently get overlooked, despite the extra cost. I hope the manager sees this feedback and addresses these concerns.
The drive-thru staff were patient and friendly, but unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. I ordered four chalupas, but they seemed to contain enough meat for only one. Most of them were filled with just fry bread and lettuce. It's really frustrating to feel like I paid for a pocket of bread and lettuce.
