Not a flash restaurant, but the meals we had were really delicious. We were warned to book a table early for that night as the locals frequent this restaurant and sometimes the guests miss out.Perhaps a certain amount of tables be held for motel guests. Menu was extensive and varied. I feel too pricey for the venue. When told the motel owner had his own trawler, fish was our choice. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ryan's Restaurant:
As a party of 7 on a Saturday evening, we ordered a variety: fish, salt n pepper squid, steak, pasta dish and garlic prawns. I wasn't overly impressed with my steak I ordered. It was lukewarm. Another guest on my table had exactly the same meal and her steak was hot. Most of the meals came out at the same time except for the prawns which were about 6 minutes later. Everyone enjoyed their meals except for myself. I do... View all feedback.
The food is consistently delicious and the service is always excellent, however, I wish there were more dish options to choose from. I have visited this restaurant multiple times while in Albany and I will definitely be coming back again.
Somewhat disappointed, waited an hour and a half for meal to arrive. Restaurant was reasonably busy, but an hour and a half waiting for meal to arrive after ordering it is very very slow. The two fish meals were tough to chew on, other two was reasonable to eat. Poorly cooked for price charged and small servings all up.
Although the restaurant was closed due to lack of staff, we were able to order room service from Ryan’s. Food was delicious.
Our Motel we were staying at had their Restaurant closed due to unforseen circumstances and we were to meet friends for dinner. They chose Ryans restaurant. The service was excellent and the meal we had Nasi Goreng with Pork Belly bits was so delicious that we could not stop talking about it. Glad we could go somewhere in Albany that had good service and good food.
Best meal that we have had after travel In WA for 3 months. Garlic prawns and scallops for entree, then Lamb shanks and Nasi Goreng for mains-beautiful. Plus reasonable priced wine.
