We had a very lovely and attentive server and the food was exceptionally delicious!
Despite having a reservation, we waited at least an hour for our starter, and the wait for the main course took almost as long. The service was inattentive, and the open view into the kitchen was rather off-putting... Portions were too small and overpriced. We won't be back.
We've eaten at Palio three times in the past few months. The first two times, we were absolutely thrilled with the service and the quality of the food. Also positive: the menu is significantly different from that of other Italian restaurants, and the ambiance is tastefully designed. Yesterday, however, we experienced a bitter disappointment: The appetizer (a farinata with Parma ham) was practically unseasoned; even seasoning with pepper, salt, and olive oil couldn't salvage it. Only the ham itself was tasty. Course two, fish soup and Barolo risotto with veal, gave a similar impression. Both were far too lightly seasoned; the veal was of good quality, but too raw. Opinions are divided about the quality of the Chianti Classico offered by the glass. Overall, the visit was a disappointment, even considering the prices. We doubt an Italian chef was involved here. We probably won't be visiting the restaurant again any time soon.
By far the best restaurant in Celle. The service is warm and welcoming, but not intrusive. We had the four-course menu with wine pairings. The food was beautifully presented, and the wines were perfectly matched. Each course was a highlight! The dessert was the perfect finishing touch to the evening. High praise to the kitchen and the excellent service!
A very upscale restaurant in the beautiful town of Celle. Pleasant ambiance, delicious food, beautifully presented. A wide selection of drinks. We'd be happy to return.

I had great expectations and had excited me to visit. I must admit that I was disappointed. The locals were boring High opera of poor quality dominated the evening. The operation was sweet, but I felt no nervousness as we didn't speak German. And they did not speak English. The food was mediocre and had no price. We chose 4 menus with wine menu. It was absolutely nothing special. Another evening I will instead go to the local city and choose something else.

Excellent food in a great atmosphere with very good service. Very recommended!
We enjoyed a three course fixed dinner because of our arrangement in the connected hotel. It is a nice restaurant with good service and good Italian food. The place is nicely decorated and definitely worth a visit.
