I drove into the cellar and parked my car on a paid parking lot at the ranch of the city. from there it was just a few steps to the pedestrian zone where I knew several restaurants. in an Indian restaurant, two Italians and two steak houses in immediate neighboring fell my choice into the apache steak house, which offers on various boards in front of the door anpries. service at the input was nothing to see from the service, so there was no welcome or table assignment. So I was looking for a table myself and I took a place. shortly after, a young waiter appeared, who had to do well in the kitchen until then, greeted me and gave me the menu. to his question whether it could be a drink, I fought as I wanted to look into the map first. the young man was of southern European art, his consistently polite and friendly, but of a loose art that fits into the restaurant. shortly after serving, the question was not forgotten whether everything was in order, even when it tasted. my answer to the question was that I miss the explained brokkoli, and together we still saw in the pan without being happy. then I waved, this is not so tragic, but a few minutes later came the waiter with a saucer full of fresh garden broccoli. praising reaction! eating the card offers a wide program with steaks and variations to very moderate trips, along with some special lunch offers. I had already seen an interesting offer outside on one of the runners and ordered the “Apache pfanne,beef pork fillet and trueahnbrust in grill sauce with brokkoli and mouth, plus pommes frites” (10.50 e and a cola zero (0.4l for 3,10 € . the drink was served after turning, after moderate waiting time ate. in an iron pan came a mixture that was somewhat undefined at first sight and then cut during the first bite in the grill sauce. that has irritated me too early, after the description in the card I had expected three single larger pieces of meat. with included in the mix were also some tubulen, but the explained brokkoli was on the look for vain. the meat was very good and delicate, the grill sauce tastefully very good and slightly sharp. everything was very hot, the pommes frites fresh and crispy. the still bite-resistant tubular discs have already betrayed their origin from the Tk bag through the wavy cut, but they fit well. a decent, tasty eating, to which there was still a disc steak house bread, was overall well saturating. the dining room is quite cumbersomely illuminated, the furniture made of medium-brown wood makes another to it not too bright. benches and chairs are padded in brown leather, the table tops without table top, but equipped with a laminated card with “Apache Special”. Furthermore, there were salt and pepper mills on the tables and in each case a tealight in the lighter. the places were covered with cutlery and paper napkins. many large-format Indian pictures and a big fell on the walls. cleanliness in the face illumination was hardly possible to check the gas room for cleanliness. however they were clean and clean, and the tables were wiped off from the waiter after each, so there is nothing to complain here.
