The restaurant offers good service and a decent lunch menu, although the food is satisfactory. The expanded menu doesn't improve quality - some dishes were average. The ambiance and live music create a pleasant atmosphere, while the attentive staff enhance the dining experience. The bar is cozy with friendly clientele and excellent service. The food is delicious with generous portions. The family-friendly atmosphere with three floors adds to the appeal. Nicest pub in celbridge. Small and somewhat quiet with good service and nice drinks. Price per person: €10–20
Don't like the new style. Was beautiful little pub before it was renovated Its joined up wit the lounge.
Under new management. Refurbished bar. Good length bar counter and plenty of side seats, including 2 comfortable sofas for those who prefer a more private drinking experience.
I started eating at this restaurant 2 years ago and was pleasantly surprised by the food. However, I am not as impressed anymore. The menu has been expanded, which is great, but the food is just average. Perhaps they should consider a smaller menu with higher quality options. The chips are typical and not very exciting. It would be nice to see them offer homemade chunky chips instead. I tried the chicken wrapped in bacon stuffed with feta and found it to be quite dry. The curry was also nothing special. Adding a gourmet touch to their dishes, such as salads with mixed greens, rocket salad, homemade chips, and a proper Thai or creamy curry, would greatly enhance the dining experience. Overall, the restaurant is pleasant but could definitely use a little extra something to make it stand out.
