Little Caesars - Cedartown

The local little caesars is great. The staff, which is usually over worked and a lot of times the restaurant seems understaffed BUT they handle it with grace and professionalism every time. The store is packed almost every time I go but there is never much of a wait and the workers hustle to clear the rush...i try to always use the pizza portal. I have never gone to pick up a pizza portal and it not be ready before pr exactly at the estimated time. The pizzas are well made and fresh and you can't beat the price!

I placed a order late in the evening and pizza looked great, but when i got it home it was spicy extremely. So,i called nite management didnt get a reply. The next day i took the pizza back to the store an the daytime manager was awesome and very apologetic an explained to me what probably happened causing pizza to be so spicy. With a smile and excellent customer service she replaced my order and refunded me my money which was totally unexpected i was just looking for a new pizza. I was in-between stars 3 or 4 nite shift for sure a 3 minus the friendly cashiers who hands down would've received a 5...i love great customer service.

I will never go here again. Last night I tried to order two extra most bestest and one build your own pizza. Everything was fine, my total was 32 and some change. I tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill, and the cashier was going through looked at it like she had never seen it before and said Uh, we can 't take that . She refused to look at me and looked over at who I can only assume was the manager and he rudely told me they can 't take hundred dollars bills on orders less than 60 dollars. Then he looked right past me and I was completely ignored. I would have been willing to go get change had I not been treated so rudely. I 've never been penalized by a place for having too much money before. Oh well. Left and went to Pizza Hut and I 'll never go back.

They just cant seem to get it together. Poor customer service.. called 10 times before they answered the phone. Pizza is usually undercooked and when asked to cook well done its never done. Took 30 mins longer than time given on pizza. Whats the point of calling in an order its never going to be ready by the time given?

When my pizza was finally ready, I noticed a lady come out from the back as I was about to leave, even though she hadn't emerged earlier. I turned around and asked if she was the manager, to which she replied yes. I pointed out that during the 38 minutes I was there, the cashier hadn’t acknowledged the delay or apologized. I mentioned that I would contact the owner to report the issue, to which she responded that her name was Sheila and that was okay. I filed a complaint for the owner's attention and was asked if I wanted to cooperate further, but it’s been eight days since I called on June 8th, and I still haven’t received any follow-up. It was June 6, 2022, at 5:34 PM when I called. These people never seem to answer the phone. Why bother picking up if you can't fulfill your orders?
