Little Caesars - Cedartown

When my pizza was finally ready, I noticed a lady come out from the back as I was about to leave, even though she hadn't emerged earlier. I turned around and asked if she was the manager, to which she replied yes. I pointed out that during the 38 minutes I was there, the cashier hadn’t acknowledged the delay or apologized. I mentioned that I would contact the owner to report the issue, to which she responded that her name was Sheila and that was okay. I filed a complaint for the owner's attention and was asked if I wanted to cooperate further, but it’s been eight days since I called on June 8th, and I still haven’t received any follow-up. It was June 6, 2022, at 5:34 PM when I called. These people never seem to answer the phone. Why bother picking up if you can't fulfill your orders?

I visited this restaurant a week ago and ordered four pizzas along with their new cheese bread. Unfortunately, the cheese bread was undercooked, and the pizzas were mostly just dough. I called to express my concerns, and they offered me a free meal. I went back the next day to pick up the pizza, but when I got it, the pizza was cold. I won’t be returning here again.

The local little caesars is great. The staff, which is usually over worked and a lot of times the restaurant seems understaffed BUT they handle it with grace and professionalism every time. The store is packed almost every time I go but there is never much of a wait and the workers hustle to clear the rush...i try to always use the pizza portal. I have never gone to pick up a pizza portal and it not be ready before pr exactly at the estimated time. The pizzas are well made and fresh and you can't beat the price!

They just cant seem to get it together. Poor customer service.. called 10 times before they answered the phone. Pizza is usually undercooked and when asked to cook well done its never done. Took 30 mins longer than time given on pizza. Whats the point of calling in an order its never going to be ready by the time given?

I attempted to order a pizza over the phone a few days ago, but the woman I spoke to hung up on me and then wouldn't answer my calls. I ended up looking for someone to take my order, but no one was available. The service was extremely poor. I suggest going to Rockmart or Rome instead! This isn't my first negative experience with them, and I won’t be doing business with them again.
