Subway - Cedartown

Don't judge this place by its exterior; the interior is one of the cleanest Subway locations I've visited. The staff is also very friendly.

My grandmother and I visited this restaurant after church, looking forward to our usual delicious sandwiches. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that they had no cheese and only two types of bread available. They didn’t even offer any drinks. It was a terrible experience.

I ordered 4 sandwiches on Door Dash and 5 cookies!!! DoorDash person showed up with the food. My sandwich was missing. Called up to the store and spoke with the girl with pink hair, pig tails and glasses. She told me that she made it and put it in the bagand hung up on me!!! Called back up to the store and spoke with someone else! Explained what happened and was told that if Icame up there they would remake it! When I get there the girl with the pink hair, pig tails and glasses was mouthing off and weended up getting into it in front of the line and the whole store! Over A sandwich that I paid for that I didn?t receive???Why??? Whether she actually made the sandwich or not or whether the DoorDash person stole it? either way? that?s not how youdeal with customers at all! I will never come back to this store ever again in life!

The young man behind the counter seemed too stoned to do much more than mess up our order and give away free food to several customers. Good lunch!!

I didn't catch the names of the two ladies I spoke with, but they were both extremely polite, welcoming, and kind. We shared a lovely moment filled with laughter.
