Had the Buffalo chicken wrap, it was good. Side of potato wedges, could have been a larger helping. Wife had tenderloin sandwich.
Small town bar atmosphere. Many food options for the whole family& in house brewery. Good food great nightlife. Truly a Cedar Rapids favorite.
Wife asked where I wanted to go for supper. I said, Third base! I had the grilled Buffalo chicken wrap with a side of the Dixie heat wing sauce. I think all the times I’ve been there over the years, I have only ordered the grilled chicken wrap. They seriously are the best in town! Oh, and that Dixie heat sauce is soooo good! Always great service and exceptional food.I need the recipe for that hot sauce
I hadn't visited this place in years, but I returned to try a new beer they brewed. It's a cozy little neighborhood bar that offers excellent food. It’s the kind of spot you can bring your family to. Although we didn’t eat during this visit, I have always enjoyed the food here in the past. The staff is friendly, prompt, and helpful. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxing outing.
I visited this restaurant for a Fantasy Football draft and had a fantastic experience with the service. The staff was attentive and ensured our drinks were always full. However, the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered the Scottie sandwich, and it turned out to be quite bland. Even adding salt and a pickle didn’t help much; it was still lacking in flavor. The homemade chips also tasted a bit stale. On the bright side, the ranch dressing was excellent. I would definitely return for drinks, but I wouldn't come back for the food.
