They desc... read more I am not the only one who thinks this restaurant smells like rancid oil. I have been here twice, and although I did not order anything, my family did. They described the food as terrible and ended up sending everything back. We are not interested in trying anything else. I am unsure why people believe this place is good. Even though I didn't eat, the presentation was lacking, and the service became rude after the food was returned. Good luck.

I really appreciate that you can order an omelette and also get flavored pancakes on the side. The variety of pancake options is so impressive, I want to try them all. We came here for a birthday party and based on the excellent service we received, I would happily return with my family and essentially eat for free. The staff is speedy and attentive, and the atmosphere still feels warm and inviting like a family restaurant.

The food arrived hot and smelled delicious within 1... read more We ordered the Southwest Chicken Bowl with Hash Browns, New York Cheesecakes, and a side of potato pancakes. The food arrived hot and smelled delicious within 10-12 minutes. We were so eager to eat that we dug in before we could even take photos. IHOP typically does a good job of serving people and food quickly and efficiently. This particular location exemplifies what great customer service looks like, making you feel welcome and providing a pleasant dining experience even during busy times. The food is reasonably priced and delicious. We will definitely be back for more comfort food and warm hospitality. Keep up the outstanding work!
