There was a man in front of us with two complex o... read more Usually, this restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly, but my recent visit was quite different. There was a man in front of us with two complex orders, and he was on the phone with a friend who was helping him with the details, asking a lot of questions about the meats, breads, and other options. The employees quickly became frustrated with all the inquiries and started to treat the customer rudely, sighing loudly and asking, "Are you done yet?" While I can understand that complicated orders can be challenging, there's absolutely no excuse for disrespectful behavior. I'm really disappointed in this Subway and feel for the gentleman who had to experience that treatment. I hope the staff can work on their customer service skills in the future.

When we picked up our sandwiches, they didn’t let us know that they were out of green peppers and tomatoes. Moreover, some of the sandwiches were made incorrectly.
