Best Subway in town! Lisa keeps us coming back! My wife and I follow her around to her stores and she is just as nice at all of them but C ave is our Favorite.
Mediocre at best. They had only wheat bread and the guy had zero personality as he tossed toppings on like it was a game or something.. not impressed.
Usually, this restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly, but my recent visit was quite different. There was a man in front of us with two complex orders, and he was on the phone with a friend who was helping him with the details, asking a lot of questions about the meats, breads, and other options. The employees quickly became frustrated with all the inquiries and started to treat the customer rudely, sighing loudly and asking, "Are you done yet?" While I can understand that complicated orders can be challenging, there's absolutely no excuse for disrespectful behavior. I'm really disappointed in this Subway and feel for the gentleman who had to experience that treatment. I hope the staff can work on their customer service skills in the future.

A complete quality experience. The sandwich makers were friendly and professional. The subs were perfectly made. The dining room was clean and crisp. The dining room is also open and airy. This location should be the model for all Cedar Rapids locations.
