We enjoyed a nice sunset appetizer meal of steamed clams and nachos. The food was good, although some real bread to sop up the clam juice whould have been better than the flat bread, and the beer was cold. The building is a little confusing and no one wasabout so we just wandered upstairs and picked a spot just in time for the show.

We stopped by for appetizers and a late lunch. We at first sat outside but the rain came in and were quickly accommodated in the bar area. The place is one of those that you remember with lots of funky decorations and plenty of atmosphere. It's located onthe waterfront with decent views of the Pacific and a good bit of outdoor seating. We had the fish tacos and clam chowder andfound both delicious. Service was decent and bar drinks came quickly. We will definitely be going back on our next visit. UrbanCowgill

Despite the cold, rainy, and windy weather, the staff at Schooners were very friendly and our food was quite good. My friend ordered the Ahi rolls, while I had the steamed clams. The clams were fresh and delicious, though the broth was a bit too salty, and the pico de gallo topping didn’t quite complement the broth. However, everything was fresh, and the steamed clams were perfect for warming up. The town is charming, and I would definitely recommend Schooners. I’m excited to try more dishes from the menu in the future.

Fantastic atmosphere. We brought along a child and two dogs, and felt very welcome. The staff encouraged my son to run around, which was wonderful. The food was delicious.

The food was enjoyable overall. The lobster was overcooked and lacked flavor, but the calamari was unique and tasty. It's a pleasant restaurant and bar right by the ocean, with good service to match.
