El Jimador offers the most extensive menu of authentic Mexican cuisine in town. They serve a variety of coastal dishes inspired by my favorite city, Puerto Vallarta in Jalisco. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere. The decor is exceptional compared to many other places in the area; the craftsmanship in the wooden booths is impressive. The live-edged bar is stunning, and even the bathroom floors feature beautiful murals and are consistently clean. It's one of my favorite spots in town. I highly recommend visiting, as the prices are quite reasonable. You can enjoy a lunch for just $6, or opt for something special like the pulpo (octopus) for around $28. It's a family-friendly environment that accommodates all budgets. A fantastic place with wonderful people!

The food was outstanding, and the drinks were refreshingly cold. The service was great, all at a reasonable price. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
