Dunkin' - Cayce

It?s a shame this store is so bad because this is a really convenient location. I think this is the most consistently disappointing Dunkin I?ve ever been to. Many of the workers are so hostile, even at times of day when there?s no lines and no visible reasons why service should be bad. Most of the time, your drink order is so wrong it?s almost laughable. Like, getting a cup of milky watered down coffee grounds instead of the iced coffee you ordered, bad. But the main reason why I won?t go back here is that I?ve gotten drinks and food that are so actively gross, I think they could make people sick. I?ve gotten super burned bagels, lukewarm cream cheese, drinks that taste really bitter and ?off? like the milk might be bad. Save your money and just go somewhere else to avoid the headache and stomachache.

The drink was deliciously better than expected. When I arrived at the facility, the doors were closed, I didn't understand why it was at 5:00 in the evening, but the young lady opened the door and let me in. Customer service was ok/nice and the countertop where you order and place your drink was not to clean.

WORST DUNKIN ' DONUTS IN THE AREA!! Zero customer service and horrible quality control. My iced latte tasted like creamy sugar and zero espresso/coffee flavor, cold food, and careless and RUDE staff! We walk in the door and instead of Good Morning we are greeted with WE 'RE CLOSED INSIDE, THERES A SIGN ON THE DOOR . (The inside was open for mobile order pick up only, which is what we had). Will go our of my way to go to the Dunkin on Sunset where my order is always right and actually tastes like coffee.

This is by far the worst DD I've ever had. The counter is evil, the girls wipe their hands on their pants and go back to prepare food. Another broke out behind the counter, all the girls look unclean, they were extremely disorganized and food was on the ground. They never wash out the spoons, they only mix one order and use it for another. The owner must really come and fix this place.

I?ve been to this specific Dunkin twice in the past two days and both times my order was hilariously incorrect. The first day they gave me a lemonade refresher instead of green tea and a croissant instead of a bagel. The second day they gave me bacon instead of sausage on the same sandwich! It?s honestly laughable how inconsiderate and lazy the staff is at this site.
