Another... read more This is by far the worst DD I have ever been to. The counter is nasty, the girls wipe their hands on their pants and goes right back to preparing food. Another was vaping behind the counter all of the girls look unclean they were extremely disorganized andfood was all over the floor. They never washed the spoons off they just mix one order with it and use it for another. The ownerreally needs to come and get this place in order.

The first day they gave me a lemonade refresher instead of green tea and a croissant instead of a bagel. The second day they gave me baconinstead of sausage on the same sandwich! It?s honestly laughable how inconsiderate and lazy the staff is at this site.

Ma... read more It?s a shame this store is so bad because this is a really convenient location. I think this is the most consistently disappointing Dunkin I?ve ever been to. Many of the workers are so hostile, even at times of day when there?s no lines and no visible reasons why service should be bad. Most of the time, your drink order is so wrong it?s almost laughable. Like, getting a cup of milky watered down coffee grounds instead of the iced coffee you ordered, bad. But the main reason why I won?t go back here is that I?ve gotten drinks and food that are so actively gross, I think they could make people sick. I?ve gotten super burned bagels, lukewarm cream cheese, drinks that taste really bitter and ?off? like the milk might be bad. Save your money and just go somewhere else to avoid the headache and stomachache.

To make things worse, when we entered, a staff member rolled her eyes at us and spent the entire time on the phone, unable to take our order. We wanted just two donuts and two drinks, clearly listed on the menu, but it seemed like it was too much for her to help us. When I tried to order some hash browns, four employees completely ignored me and wouldn't make eye contact. As someone who works in customer service, I usually try to be understanding, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. It's no wonder there was no line inside or outside on Halloween.

Howev... read more I realized I had misunderstood the ordering process and went ahead to place my order for a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel along with a side of hashbrowns. However, the person taking my order didn’t ask if I needed anything additional or mention the total cost; they simply instructed me to pull around. This lack of communication made me worried about how my order would be managed. Consequently, I chose not to stop for payment or to collect my order and took my business to another place instead.
