This will be the last review you will ever need, why?This place had excellent customer service and friendly over accommodating staff!!!Now the food, if you follow barstool sports, el presidente needs to make a visit here because this was NOT bowling alley food. Their pizza, better than franchises, their chicken strips and wings were better than any wing place, and their drinks (including alcoholic) were quality.I’m going back just for the overall experience, bravo on the ownership and staff, as someone who has traveled all over the world…this is what American Bowling Alleys is all about!!!

The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. However, the bar service was inconsistent; sometimes the bartender was present, while other times they were not. The location is decent, but not exceptional.

Additionally, the bar service was incredibly poor. It took 30 minutes to receive a beer tower, and there were only about five people at the bar at the time. Since bowling is priced by the hour rather than by the game, I felt that a significant portion of our time was wasted while I waited for drinks. This has been a consistent problem; I’ve visited this place five times, and the bar service has only gotten worse each time. Despite my efforts to give this restaurant a chance, I have decided that I won’t be returning.

The bar service is absolutely awful. Took 35mins to get service and there were only 5 pp around the bar. The bartenders are deliberately slow and rude. We had a party of 12 service industry folks and would have spent alot of money at the bar if we could have gotten service in a timely manor. They need to staff 2 bartenders of one can't cut it.

Everytime i have gone here the bar service is terrible. It takes 30 minutes to get a beer. They have no hustle because they add an automatic 18% gratuity on each check regardless of service. Super frustrating considering you pay for bowling by the hour and 30 minutes of that hour taken up trying to get a drink. I wont be returning.
