One thing that has been missing in these Covid staff shortage times is good manners.

Very happy wit... read more My mother was here visiting to meet our baby boy who is 8 months. Decided to take her to Mandoon Estate due to high ratings here on trip advisor. Very happy with our choice.When we arrived the restaurant was fully booked due to a very busy Sunday. We were happy to be placed on the waiting list and text messaged when our table was ready. Whilst we waited we explored the gorgeous grounds, did a wine tasting and explored the art gallery. It took 45 minutes but with so much to do it went quickly. The food was amazing, soooo delicious and worth waiting for!

We went to the Restaurant (definitely need to book at the weekend). Offers a degustation menu which looked fabulous (next time) and an a la carte menu. It wasn't a large menu but catered for vegetarians and meat eaters. I had the lamb - it was delicious. Also had a side of zucchini chips. Wine was great - really enjoyed the Sparkling and the best was the dessert. The chocolate fondant was to die for. Service was friendly and efficient. I would like to try it on a weekday because Sunday was so busy. Well with a visit and a return one.

I feel we had a strict deadline there. they may inform the guests about the fries so they are aware. it will take a long time to get back. the need to improve ten times.
