Mike ensures that the kitchen consistently delivers delicious food, and the waitstaff are professional and efficient. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to everyone. It was really quiet during the middle of ski season. There wasn't much happening at the bar, but I understand since there were only six people sitting there and one table occupied in the back. The food was mediocre at best. I likely won't return. View all feedback.
After several takeout orders during the pandemic, I decided to stop by after skiing for some great music from local musician Sammy Blanchette, along with some good food and drinks. I was not disappointed on any front. I started with a Switchback Ale—nothing beats a classic Vermont beer. The bartender, who also served as the host, was very friendly. For my meal, I had the cheesesteak sandwich with fries, and it was exactly what I wanted. The sandwich was loaded with meat, and the fries were wonderfully crispy. Perfect! And don’t miss the live music; it’s a fantastic experience. If you’re in the area, make sure to check it out. There’s a lot of fun to be had here!
Liz's Restaurant, often referred to by visitors as Neal's, is a five-star destination that you absolutely should not overlook. The food is outstanding, featuring some truly exceptional seafood dishes. If the Ahi Tuna tacos are available on the special menu, definitely try them. The beer selection is fantastic, and the live music is even better. Be sure to order the French Onion Soup if it's the soup of the day. It’s a local favorite after a day on the slopes, complete with a TV for watching the games and a hostess who runs the show! This place is a genuine gem.
The bar menu is impressive, featuring a great selection of beers. They also have live music on the weekends, which adds to the atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the Doctor Pepper biscuit—it was excellent!
We love seeing Neal and The What Knots! Great food, fast friendly service and always a fun time!
Everything was great. Very friendly, fast service and great food. Definitely recommend this place. Will be going back soon.
