Always a good time at El Encanto. We went on Cinco de Mayo, and it was very busy, but everything ran smoothly. Our service was fantastic. I had accidentally spilled my beer at one point (totally my fault), and our waitress gave me a new one. Super nice of her. View all feedback.
What The DeloDelo doesn't like about El Encanto:
The total experience here was terrible. The service was extremely slow, and the server was completely indifferent. She never came around to see how we were doing. The food was terrible. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat however over time, the food has gone down in quality. The chicken is consitantly dry and there is no sign of improvement.
As usual we had to wait about 30 minutes, food is good. Nice our table gave us a good view of the pond. Waitress was very friendly.
Romantic dinner for 2! Loved this place on my anniversary. Very romantic, authentic feeling atmosphere. Fish tacos are divine!! Ooh and the margaritas!
