That's Amore Gelato - Scottsdale

This place rocks! I always get the same flavors and they are always made to perfection!The new owners and all the staff are delightful, and always very friendly and welcoming.The espresso, paninis and other offerings are also first rate! So glad to have this gelato shop so close to my house ! It’s an absolute gem !

We love That’s Amore! We live out of town so every time we visit I order a Spaghetti Eis. Unfortunately they were out of the sauce but with the many choices it is easy to find a flavor for everyone:

Where is the zero star?? Customer service sucks at this gelato shop. As soon as we walked in they had an awful attitude and. Terrible customer service. We bought 5 gelatos and for them to give us a few samples was like a joke. They literally refused. And to top it off when we talked to them about it they said not to go back. Well we are not!!Replying to the owners reply -We are NEVER asked to leave. We CHOSE to leave. These new “ owners” absolutely suck. They need to go to customer service school.

Came in with 2 kids based on reviews. Lots of pretty gelato to look at and dessert. Asked for samples to decide, after 2 small sample spoons was told, I cannot give you more samples. Two samples. Kids were very disappointed, got what they tried. I was shocked, told the girl I'd get an ice cream if could sample more, she said no. I've been to lots of ice-cream places and this has never happened to me so I was a little shocked. I asked the owner and she said that was the policy and she said they just bought the business recently and that's what it was. I was going to buy about $50 worth of dessert and come to this place regularly, I was disappointed as were my kids and I'm obviously not going here again.Penny wise pound foolish, you saved 5 cents and lost about $500 of annual recurring revenue a year from us. Hopefully it's a good learning opportunity on how to retain customers for the future.

Wow! Lavender gelato was AMAZING they had like 40 more flavors to choose from. We also had a tiramisu pistachio cake that were excellent. Great friendly service and fun family vibe. We'll be back!
