The ambiance is simple and clean, lacking any unnecessary embellishments. We ordered a variety of dishes, including fried rice, pad Thai, curry, and seafood, all of which were delicious and well-prepared. The food had a nice level of spiciness, so if you're sensitive to heat, be sure to ask for milder options. A few dishes were a bit on the salty side. The curries and saucy dishes are served with jasmine rice, but you can request brown rice as an alternative. The service was outstanding, much better than our experience at a pricier restaurant the night before. Wasana is conveniently located on the main street in the charming center of Catskill, surrounded by numerous shops and boutiques.

The restaurant has ample seating available. I highly recommend trying the spring rolls, basil fried rice, and red curry. The staff is very friendly. One of the standout features of this place is that it remains open in the afternoon, unlike many restaurants that only operate in the evening.
