What cathy s doesn't like about Krispy Kreme:
Is it just me or have the donuts shrunk in size? Huge disappointment!!!!! Specialty donuts are tossed in a bag. Drive-thru took forever and the customer service let's add I ordered on line and still waited. Will not be back View all feedback.

Love their donuts especially when the light ON! Staff crews in the store are friendly and personal. I often come here when I bless after candy
You're still doing great donuts. Visited Krispy Kreme for the first time in years. I had four, two melts glazed in your mouth and two delicious keksteig. I stopped there on the way from my appointment with my dietian.
The service was great. However the donuts being served were cold. Not room temperature but like they were in a cooler. I asked what time did they turn on the light to let customers know donuts are cooking. She stated 7am to 9am and 5pm to 7pm. Krispy Kreme you're known for freshly made donuts.
Came in just now at 1:15 PM (24 June), I was going to order a dozen donuts to include 6 of them glazed but I asked the guy if I could have some of the fresh ones that were coming out of the oven and he said no. He said it was for the “route” so I immediately left. They had so many coming out, 6 of those “route” donuts were not going to make a difference. You should always treat the customers who are right in front of you with respect and great customer service. You guys failed today!
