Inside is not open, so it takes about 25 minutes to get food. My cookies were burned twice. I was charged $9 for 3 chicken pliers when I got my food, it was the wrong order, and I asked the boy in the window that means that I was charged the wrong amount? He said no, it is the same price that saw a lie on the menu a 3 delicate combo is $5.99. There's no way I would have charged $9. I had to move forward and talk to a manager to correct the problem. Luckily she understood and gave me my change, but I was very irritated to be 8 months pregnant, waiting in the rain to get my correct order, my change and ended late for work because of the children negligence.

I love k f c but y'all need to get it together. This chicken with no skin on it is unacceptable. Make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through. The next time I eat chicken and it's not done and I spit up stop it I'm suing

Hit and miss sometimes there food is good other times not so last couple of times chicken was extra greasy and it seemed like the chicken was barely more than an egg. Infact the chicken leg was so small even my cat was like WTH....

In the morning at 1030. The young lady told me she had to log in to the system and count her draw I was cool with. About five minutes later, a young man came into the window and asked me if I had the exact money I said no. They couldn't log into the system. So another five minutes went by and the guy came back and said we can't pay you out so we need the food back. The manager never apologized. Not my fault, your system was down, and what did you do with the food I had in my car... With Kovid you gave it to someone...
