Friendly's - Catonsville

They've improved the smell, which is a positive change. I was quite impressed by the overall atmosphere of the place. The person responsible for this revival deserves some recognition! However, they overlooked one critical aspect: the staff needs to be replaced. My experience with the service was terrible, and from now on, I will only consider takeout from here, if at all.

I enjoyed the ice cream sundaes here. I hadn't visited in a while, but I decided to give it another try. The service was quick, and the restaurant appeared cleaner than it did before the fire. The ice cream was delicious, and overall, it seems to have improved.

Our server brought our food in a rather rough manner, practically sliding the plates across the table. We weren't offered any utensils, and at times we had to search for our server, who seemed to be lingering in the kitchen. During our visit, there were about four families present with just three servers. The wait time was manageable, and the food was warm, but it certainly wasn’t worth the $50 we spent on a fish sandwich with fries and a drink, a hamburger with fries and a drink, a turkey bacon sandwich with fries, a child's Butterfinger ice cream, and what was supposed to be a banana split—only to find it melted by the time I could get a spoon, and it was not made to order! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! It used to be a family favorite, but the service has truly declined!
