I asked for no ice 3x to the cashier and the person making me drink put in ice. The message between the cashier and drink maker did not go through so the drink maker had to remake my drink. She seemed irritated and coughed in my drink. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unsanitary. View all feedback.

I asked for a donut and they gave me a donut 10/10 couldn't ask for anything better
Poorly acting staff especially compared to the Starbucks on campus: lack of etiquette with customers. Employees digging into their hair and touching money with the same gloves they touch the donuts. Watery hot chocolate on multiple occasions. Everything else is standard issue
