The roo... read more We were greeted by the owner, who explained the history of Palazzo Biscari to us, along with many interesting facts. He was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are well-maintained and beautiful to visit, but the highlight, worth the price of admission alone, is the ballroom. Wonderful. The only downside (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars) is that not all the rooms can be visited due to family disputes. In any case, Palazzo Biscari is an absolute must-see if you're visiting Catania.
