I ended up ordering t... read more Super cute spot, service was excellent. Friend wanted me to try her favorite tea spot after hitting up the pumpkin patch and this perfect. I ended up ordering the Black Sesame Egg Waffle with Strawberry Ice Cream and loved it. The extra cookies and fruit loops are super sweet so after the picture I removed them but it's a treat for the eyes as well as your stomach.Definitely recommend, some additional parking the back

It has a parking lot in the back, but the entrance is not big. Its a quaint little house with front and back doors.This place may have tea in its name, but whats often overlooked and under appreciated are the hand made pastries. My wife makes similar pastries so I have an idea of how much effort it takes to make them. My favorite ones are the purple yam mochi and the salted egg yolk. If youre only here for tea, then youre missing out on whats truly unique about this place. Dont tell my wife, but I think this place makes better pastries (shhhhh The teas here arent shabby either. Ive always complained about milk tea places with weak teas. This place has very strong teas. They differentiate themselves by providing premium teas with a strong flavor. I got a premium oolong milk tea and the tea definitely shined through. Cant believe I forgot to add bobas. What a rookie mistake lolThe owner Fiony told us that she just added a new fence to make the place stand out more. I like it a cozy feeling. Love to support mom and pop shops like this. Certainly will be back!

The first... read more I used to think that Tee So in Castro Valley was a good place for Boba tea, since it is close to my house. However, my last two visits were terrible. The first time, the drink tasted bad and the person who made it seemed annoyed. I didn't feel welcomed at all, as the man was always on his phone. On my second visit, he was still on his phone and appeared irritated. He showed more interest in his phone than taking my order and didn't even greet me. The drinks were also subpar. I won't be returning to Tee So and will opt for Tea'mo instead, as it is much better.

They even went ou... read more The best boba in Castro Valley can be found at Boba Square. The interior is very clean and cute, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. They even went out of their way to make a chocolate milk drink for my daughter, even though it's not on the menu. The Thai tea is also excellent. Boba Square is a must-visit spot for boba lovers like me.
