The chili and smash burgers are highly recommended, though some miss the gyros. Service during happy hour was fast, with impressive portion sizes. Despite some inconsistencies with service, JP's continues to impress with great food and a pleasant atmosphere.

I'll go to Castro Valley if I want a delicious hamburger. Beautiful local bar and friendly waiting staff make this always a welcome place to visit, no matter what you are in the mood to eat. Try when you're in town.

Let me start with the outdoor seating was on point, service was amazing! Butttt the fish and chips brought back some great memories of good fish and chips. Would 100% go back!
