Little Caesars Pizza - Castro Valley

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had to order online being they don’t answer the phone.I get there to pick up my order around 9:00pm. I realized once I got home that they forgot my wings. Also, my pizza and crazy bread were undercooked and very doughy. I called and they actually answered surprisingly. They said they can’t refund me, they don’t have a number to where I can get a refund. So I asked for the guys name he told me he doesn’t have to give it to me. I will be going back, save your money and don’t order from this place

Yesterday I came 20 minutes before the time they say they close that was at 9:40 and they are supposed to close at 10:00pm and I had to return home without pizza if they close at 9:40 they should put that time then and not waste the client's time and thus one can look for other

They dont take phone orders while busy (I've never seen them not busy) so don't plan on this location if you cannot use the app.Also, the employee making the pizzas had no gloves and was using her personal phone in one hand while spreading pepperoni..

Very good pizza ? great price. Then I took them into work for the crew.

I ordered chicken wings, they were cold. Pizza was hot.
