Description

In a recent exploration of local dining, one restaurant generated mixed feedback, highlighting the often-unpredictable nature of the dining experience. A significant number of patrons expressed disappointment with poor service, extended wait times, and lackluster food quality. While a few champions lauded the effective takeout service and delightful meals, many noted rude staff and mismanagement detracting from their enjoyment. Although some diners found humor and warmth in specific staff members, the overarching sentiment suggests that improvements are urgently needed. For those seeking a reliable dining outing, exploring alternative options may be wise.

I recently tried the restaurant after not visiting for many years. The food was amazing, so good that we ended up getting takeout four days later and it was fantastic once again. Mohammed, who served us on Monday, was a standout and a real asset to the restaurant. He was a lovely guy.

This restaurant was terrible. The food had no flavor at all. It seemed like no seasoning or spices were used. It was like eating wallpaper paste.

I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The service was very poor, they allowed customers to sit down knowing they would have to wait a long time for their food. Despite having a table booked for 7pm, we did not receive our food until 9:10pm. The staff were rude and the restaurant was very poorly managed. Do not go there, the food arrived cold and it was a waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs.

I would not recommend going as its poorly staffed, poorly managed and staff very rude. Had a booking for 7 and only got main until 9:10. Would not go back again !!! Ruined my night .

I have sampled a lot of Indian cuisine in fair few countries but I can honestly say, with hand on heart, this restaurant the most disappointing dining experience I have ever experienced. The food was bland, curry tasted like a cheap canned Mulligatawny soup with overcooked roasted chicken dropped into it. Rice was washed out tasteless mush. To be fair the Nan bread was nice but not sure they would be impressed with patrons sitting down to just a bread. Maybe an idea, to allow customers to bring their food from elsewhere so as to enjoy their bread!! Like I said, Just an idea!! Waiting staff need to cheer up a bit also... proper miserable!!!! could be due to the staff meals... Maybe??
