After the initial choc, however appreciating the honesty We have no truffles because the quality in this period is very low and we do not take them, rather we prefer to give up easy gains , we have been widely rewarded by the remarkable quality of the fixed menu that includes 4 appetizers all excellent with note of merit for calf tonnate and fassona tartare , two first of good level of agnolotti more than tajarin wine cellar, a great choice For 50€ per person the price/quality ratio is very high. Too bad for the truffle will be for the next time but the structure promoted to full votes and recommended
