The staff was absolutely wonderful, never made me feel rushed, observed or anything. Definitely top notch. The food was absolutely insane. The combination of ingredients, the thought process behind the dishes, and last but not least the taste is sensational. Also the room change for the dessert dishes is a great touch. I definitely will come back once the pastry kitchen is up and running in that area. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to treat themselves or others. The only comment I have would be with regards to the menu, I took the 10 course option and all dishes were light, summery, and fit together nicely. The only exception being the last savory dish, a meat dish. The dish in itself was perfect, it's just that it did not fit the 10 course pairing in my opinion. It felt as if such a menu at such a restaurant needs to have a meat dish and so we add one to the menu. But, honestly, that's not a complaint, more like a thought.

The service and staff... read more I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed with the tasting menue last night. When the deserts out shine the tasting menue your in trouble. The service and staff were excellent and I can't fault them but the food was poor I can only think to say one dish the lamb was good. My wife and daughter thought the octopus in broth was there best. Nothing gave me a great taste sensation and the bread what is that all about I've never seen so much bread. I don't go to a 2 star Michelin restaurant to stuff myself with bread. I've been to quite a few Michelin star restaurants so you don't think I'm just picking on you. As I said staff service and venue were very good
