Person... read more At Casa Coloni the experimentation is combined with the flavors of tradition in a non-invasive way: is perhaps this why I try to go to every change menu! Personally on one side I can't wait to taste the untouchable, like the fake tomato and buffalo butter accompanied by the bread made with the acorn flour (I am dependent). On the other hand, I am always curious to see what the Chef Coppola invented between oxidation, fermentation and new combinations. All this in a magical place like Paestum where everything is treated in detail. If you are good forks like me, I recommend the tasting route. Our food consisted of many courses, each exquisite. Lots of extras from home- made breads to multiple desert rounds. We asked for Michelle’s recommendations for wine with our courses and his suggestions were well made. Value here is high.

We tried a risotto which was amazing and also a fish. Atmosphere is also super nice. Service is excellent!
