This location was very clean. Although it was small it was inviting and comfortable. I only saw one person working and though she had a few orders to fill, she was courteous and accommodating to my additional requests and questions.
The food was cold and the wings were swimming in way too much sauce at sauce. Overall, just not a good experience
This is now the second time that this wing stop gave me the wrong order. So disappointed I waited 35 min to be given the wrong bag yet again, and found out when we got home. No one answered the phone so I had to drive all the way back and then get myfood that had been ready while I was there. Decent wings, but wow the worst service.
I was craving chicken wings so naturally I went online and ordered Wingstop. Big mistake? I was originally quoted 16-21 minutes from when I ordered to my order being completed. I arrived about 25 minutes after I placed my order and my order was not ready.No big deal sometimes the orders take slightly longer. After about 15 minutes of standing inside the establishment and not beinggreeted or talked to by an employee. I asked when my order would be ready as it had already been 40 minutes. The employee toldme it would be 5 or so minutes until my order was ready, which I said was no big deal. 25 minutes later they called my order! Iwill not be ordering from this establishment ever again! These employees need a fire lit under them to get them moving anyfaster than a snails pace.
Save your money. The kids working there didn?t want to take our order and were trying to convince us to order online instead..waited about 45 minutes to get our food and there?s hair in it lmao not cool. We?d like a refund.
