The drive-thru is constantly busy and quite a hassle. However, I must commend the employees for their efforts; they work very hard to keep things running smoothly. Thank you!

It still amazes me how Wendy's in casper is so amazing I personally love Wendy's out of most fast food places the food was amazing and it got out really fast be... read more It still amazes me how Wendy's in casper is so amazing I personally love Wendy's out of most fast food places the food was amazing and it got out really fast before I could even finish filling my drink up and my daughter absolutely loves their chickennuggets the happy meal toy was bracelets and now my daughter won't take them off definitely if you get a chance to eat atWendy's it's worth it even going in is nice to sit and eat it's not as great though only because of the area the store is butthat's not their fault it's still worth it everytime.

Was told there was nothing they could do and would have to wait so they... read more Ordered through the app. Waited 30 minutes for food and meanwhile a bus of 20+ came in. Was told there was nothing they could do and would have to wait so they could finish the other order. Could not wait any longer. Asked for a refund and they told me thecharge would fall off my card at midnight since we did not pick up the order. Called the next day to speak to a manager and wastold they don?t have anything to do with the app. When I asked for the manager again, I could hear them talking in thebackground to each other. The manager said to tell me no one was available, however the lady who answered the phone just slammedthe phone down and hung up on me. I will be getting my credit card company to refund the $38+ meal that we never received. Therudest customer service ever! Will not be going back.
