Not a fan of a sea-food chain concept but this one is well organized, the staff is helpful without being over the top and the meat, both white and red, was very tasty. The vegetables could have been a tad fresher but we were probably one of the lastsittings of the day, so hard to say if it wasn't just the bad luck of going in late.
Our food was delicious!! Can't say enough nice things about Veronica B. We never wanted for anything, she was great. Very pleasant and attentive. Will definitely be back and I will be asking for her!! Restaurant was nice and clean.
We visited the day before Thanksgiving and were pressed for time, but it didn't pose any issues. Our server was fantastic, and the food was exquisite! Although it was a pricey meal, it was definitely worth it. I'm sure we'll return again in the future.
The food was quite good, but our server seemed a bit distracted, and the managers were just wandering around without really engaging, almost as if they were just posing. The atmosphere felt strange, and despite it being nearly winter, the air conditioning was on, making the restaurant quite cold. My food got cold before I could finish it because of this. I’ll consider returning, but I hope for a better experience next time!
I probably won't return after this visit. It seems they no longer include actual pieces of lobster in their lobster bisque. My wife has been ordering this dish for years, and until her last visit about a month ago, there were always chunks of lobster in the soup. When we pointed this out to the staff, she was essentially dismissed and told she didn't know what she was talking about. Troy then lectured her about the history of Red Lobster's soup, claiming they have been pureeing the meat into the soup for years. If that's true, then they must be turning it into powder! It's disappointing. What he really meant to say is that they are skimping on their food quality. As for the restaurant's response, I refuse to give my information to Zuckerberg's company, so does that mean I won't receive anything from Red Lobster either? Do I have to be on Facebook just to get customer service? That's frustrating. Now I know I’ll never come back, and I won't have anything positive to say about the chain again.
