The new ordering screen is poorly calibrated, making it hard to place an order. It took me more than five minutes just to order a single sandwich. When I tried to choose Chipotle sauce, I had to switch to another screen, but the arrow was misaligned by over an inch. I had to press the "continue" button about 20 times before it finally worked. Although I enjoy their sandwiches, the lack of customer support during ordering and the malfunctioning touch screen was disappointing. The help button didn’t work either. Until Subway fixes their touch screen system and provides real customer service, I won’t be coming back. It took 20 minutes to get a single 6-inch sandwich, so I’m going to find a sub shop with real people to assist me. Goodbye, Subway.

The lady at the counter was rude and told me that if the food wasn't on the... read more I'm a delivery driver and went to pick up an order at 2711 Cy Ave, Casper, WY 82604. The lady at the counter was rude and told me that if the food wasn't on the shelf, I must be at the wrong location. I double-checked the address and confirmed it was correct. Another employee then took the bag, added the chips, and placed it on the shelf.
