As soon as we entered, they greeted us while diligently cleaning the tables, counters, chairs, and booths. The team behind the counter prepared three delicious sandwiches from the menu! Even though their card machine was experiencing minor issues, they managed the situation with impressive professionalism and speed. We will definitely be back!

However, the amount of yellow peppers they provided was more than what I expected—by anyone's definition, it was extra. They also did not follow my online order correctly, and my sandwich was ready five minutes later than the time I was given.

The new ordering screen is poorly calibrated, making it hard to place an order. It took me more than five minutes just to order a single sandwich. When I tried to choose Chipotle sauce, I had to switch to another screen, but the arrow was misaligned by over an inch. I had to press the "continue" button about 20 times before it finally worked. Although I enjoy their sandwiches, the lack of customer support during ordering and the malfunctioning touch screen was disappointing. The help button didn’t work either. Until Subway fixes their touch screen system and provides real customer service, I won’t be coming back. It took 20 minutes to get a single 6-inch sandwich, so I’m going to find a sub shop with real people to assist me. Goodbye, Subway.

The lady at the counter was rude and told me that if the food wasn't on the shelf, I must be at the wrong location. I double-checked the address and confirmed it was correct. Another employee then took the bag, added the chips, and placed it on the shelf.

Service is very slow, even with three staff members working. If you want Subway, go inside Walmart—it's a completely different experience.
